Packages are shipped within 24 hours.

When a package is shipped outside of Europe, it may be subject to import taxes and/or customs clearance fees specific to the destination country. These fees are usually passed on upon receipt of the package.
You must also ensure the conformity of your order and compliance with local rules in force. Zenogati is not responsible for any taxes that may be added.

The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return any new and unopened product, in its original packaging, with its cellophane and in perfect condition. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, damaged or whose packaging is deteriorated will not be taken back.
