2 - DELIVERY TIME


We offer 2 types of delivery.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. The delivery time for your order begins when the confirmation email for its shipment is sent.

Please note that the order preparation time (between 1 and 2 working days) is added to the deadlines below. We do our best to ship your orders placed before 12 noon, the same day, but it is possible that during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, the deadlines may be extended to 3 to 4 working days.

Mondial Relay Delivery
Your order will be delivered directly to the relay point of your choice within 3 working days from dispatch via Mondial Relay.
The delivery time for your order begins when the shipping confirmation email is sent.


Standard delivery (Colissimo)

Your order will arrive at your home within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch via Colissimo. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
The delivery time for your order begins when the shipping confirmation email is sent.

3 - RETURN

Subject to conditions, Zenogati ensures free return of each order.
Returns are accepted and will be paid by Zenogati if the bottle has remained sealed.
For any return, please contact us in advance by email, specifying the order number and the item in question in order to receive a return voucher.


4 - CUSTOMS DUTIES

All our orders are shipped from France. For this reason, it is possible that certain destinations outside the European Union apply customs duties when importing French products.

We remind you that the customer is considered the importer of the products concerned by these customs duties when placing an order on a foreign website. As such, it is your responsibility to find out about the conditions for importing products into your country of delivery and to pay any import taxes requested by customs. Zenogati cannot be held responsible for import costs related to an order.

Any delays in delivery due to customs clearance cannot give rise to damages.


5 - ORDER TRACKING


You can track the progress of your order using your "Tracking Number" sent to you by email when your order is shipped (confirmation emails can sometimes be delayed or filtered to avoid spam, but this should be easy to resolve).

We invite you to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery. 

If you notice any anomalies (damage, product missing compared to the delivery note, damaged or broken package or product, open package, etc.) during delivery and in the presence of the delivery person, you must follow the procedure by reporting the damage or deficiencies noted and by making any complaints and reservations within 24 hours.
You can also refuse delivery by immediately issuing a report of the anomaly to the delivery person.

What is a niche perfume?
  • Niche perfumes are fragrances created with careful attention to detail and using high-quality ingredients. They stand out from mass perfumes by their originality, exclusivity and superior quality.
What alcohol is used in Zenogati perfumes?
  • We use 100% vegetable alcohol. 100% vegetable alcohol is non-toxic and can be safely used in the creation of perfumes. It is also less likely to cause skin irritation or allergic reactions than some synthetic alcohols.
Do you add any additives?
  • Zenogati does not add any additives to perfumes. In some perfumes on the market, dyes or sunscreens can be added to control the color of a perfume. We have decided not to use these processes, preferring to preserve the natural purity of our fragrances.
