2 - DELIVERY TIME


We offer 2 types of delivery.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. The delivery time for your order begins when you receive the shipment confirmation email.

Please note that the order preparation time (between 1 and 2 working days) is added to the delivery times below. We do our best to ship your orders placed before 12 p.m. the same day, but it is possible that during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day, delivery times may be extended to 3 to 4 working days.


IN FRANCE
Mondial Relay Delivery
Your order will be delivered directly to the relay point of your choice within 3 working days from dispatch via Mondial Relay.
The delivery time for your order begins when the shipment confirmation email is sent.


Standard delivery (Colissimo)

Your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch via Colissimo. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.
The delivery time for your order begins when the shipment confirmation email is sent.

Your order will be delivered to your home within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch via Colissimo. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

3 - RETURN

In application of articles L.221-5 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the Order to return any new and unopened product, in its original packaging, with its cellophane and in perfect condition (any damaged, incomplete, damaged product or whose packaging is deteriorated will not be taken back), to request a refund without penalty.

The Customer must therefore place the intact packaging containing the product in suitable packaging on which the return label will be affixed, before sending it by postal services. The Customer must also attach a copy of the invoice or any other element allowing the identification of the Order in question, and its holder.

The return of the Product is carried out at the Customer's risk. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged during the return of the product, Zenogati reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for the returned product(s).

Only the Customer identified as such to Zenogati may exercise this right, to the exclusion of any other person, including the recipient of the delivery. Please send us an email at contact@zenogati.com to provide you with a return address.


4 - CUSTOMS DUTIES

All our orders are shipped from France. Therefore, some destinations outside the European Union may apply customs duties when importing French products.

We remind you that the customer is considered the importer of the products affected by these customs duties when placing an order on a foreign website. As such, it is your responsibility to find out about the conditions for importing products into your country of delivery and to pay any import taxes requested by customs. Zenogati cannot be held responsible for import fees related to an order.

Exceeding delivery times due to customs clearance cannot give rise to damages.



5 - ORDER TRACKING


You can track the progress of your order using your "Tracking Number" sent to you by email when your order is shipped (confirmation emails may be delayed or filtered to prevent spam, but this should be easy to resolve).

With this number, you can log in to the website of the carrier you chose when placing your order. You can track your shipment there:

We invite you to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery. 

If you notice any anomalies (damage, product missing from the delivery note, damaged or broken package or product, open package, etc.) during delivery and in the presence of the delivery person, you must follow the procedure by reporting the damage or deficiencies noted and by making any complaints and reservations within 24 hours.
You can also refuse delivery by immediately issuing a report of the anomaly to the delivery person.

What is a niche perfume?
  • Niche perfumes are fragrances created with careful attention to detail and using high-quality ingredients. They stand out from mass perfumes by their originality, exclusivity and superior quality.
What alcohol is used in Zenogati perfumes?
  • We use 100% vegetable alcohol. 100% vegetable alcohol is non-toxic and can be safely used in the creation of perfumes. It is also less likely to cause skin irritation or allergic reactions than some synthetic alcohols.
Do you add any additives?
  • Zenogati does not add any additives to perfumes. In some perfumes on the market, dyes or sunscreens can be added to control the color of a perfume. We have decided not to use these processes, preferring to preserve the natural purity of our fragrances.
