PAYMENT, DELIVERY, AND ORDERS
Is payment secure?
- Yes. Payments on the Zenogati website are processed securely through Shopify Payments and 3D Secure. Your payment details are encrypted and handled directly by our payment provider. We do not store your full card information.
Has my order been confirmed?
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
- We can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been processed yet. Please email us as soon as possible at contact@zenogati.com.
Can I return a perfume if I’m not satisfied?
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any new, unopened product.
Delivery issue
- Shipping delays are handled by the carrier and cannot result in compensation from Zenogati. If your order is delayed by more than 7 days, please contact us at contact@zenogati.com and we’ll do our best to help.

What is a niche perfume?
- Niche perfumes are crafted with a strong focus on originality, artistry, and high-quality materials. They differ from mass-market fragrances through a more distinctive point of view and a more selective approach.
What makes your fragrances different from mass-market scents?
- Zenogati fragrances are created with care by expert perfumers using high-quality materials. Each composition is designed to tell a story and evoke emotion, offering a distinctive olfactory experience.
How do I choose the right fragrance?
- Fragrance is personal. If possible, visit one of our stockists to experience the collection and receive guidance. If not, explore the range online or start with our Discovery Set to try the fragrances on skin at your own pace.
What is the shelf life of your perfumes?
- When stored properly, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity, our fragrances typically maintain their quality for at least 24 months.
Do you use natural ingredients?
- We use a blend of high-quality natural and synthetic ingredients. We focus on safety, ethics, and performance, while preserving the originality of each creation.
What alcohol is used in Zenogati perfumes?
- We use 100% plant-based alcohol, chosen for its purity and its use in fine perfumery.
Do you add any additives?
- We do not add colorants or UV filters. Some perfumes use these to influence appearance or stability, but we prefer to keep the formula as pure as possible.
Why has the color of my perfume changed slightly?
- Over time, your Zenogati fragrance may develop a slightly deeper, more amber tone. We do not use certain stabilizers designed to “freeze” a perfume’s appearance. What you’re seeing can be part of the natural evolution of the materials over time.
