When a parcel is shipped outside of Europe, it may be subject to import duties and/or customs clearance fees specific to the destination country. These charges are usually passed on upon receipt of the parcel.
You must also ensure that your order is compliant and meets all applicable local regulations. Zenogati is not responsible for any additional taxes that may be charged.

The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return any new and unopened product, in its original packaging, with its cellophane and in perfect condition. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, damaged or whose packaging is deteriorated will not be taken back.
